Today we have released the second beta for MonoTouch 1.5 and an update to the MonoTouch 1.9 alpha, you can find the releases notes:

Thanks to activa on chat, I can now answer my own question.

Upgrade to MonoDevelop 2.2.1 - then in Help->Check For Updates you get a choice of stable or beta in the check level.

 I just upgraded, and now i am getting a: mtouch failed, when linking SDK assemblies only  :(
Any ideas???
